I have set out what needs doing within the group and given each person a job and deadline so that everyone knows what they are doing and when they need to do it by so they can move onto the next job.

The jobs that need doing are:

• Stickers/cards - Aimee

Charlie - Script for Behind the Scenes by Friday 6th feb then move onto website with designs by Tuesday 10th Feb

Lex - Script for Behind the Scenes by Friday 6th Feb then a Script for Trailer by Tuesday 10th Feb

Vic - Script and shot list for the vines and the first Vine by Friday 6th Feb then start script for Advert

Sam - Poster by Tuesday 10th Feb

Aimee - Twitter and Facebook posts and contact Radio stations by Tuesday 10th Feb
