After filming majority of the project the first week of February, thats when post-production starts and the edit process begins.
This does mean that as a producer I have done majority of my job through organising to filming but my job isn't over as I still have to sort out paperwork and pay peoples expenses but after doing research into what a producer does after production I knew that I would have to stay by the edit and over see the process through supporting the director and also making sure that the edit is staying to the schedule as we have a deadline to meet.
After all deciding on a post-production schedule that I put together I knew I would have to do what the research says and make sure the edit does keep to schedule and make sure the director gets what he needs with the edit, whether being the sound design or soundtracks etc when he wants/needs them but also making sure that the director and editor get a fresh perspective from people to make sure it is keeping to its comedic nature and if clips are holding on too long.
The first thing I decided I need to do is to make sure all the paperwork is done as soon as possible so I can pay the actors, keeping them sweet, just incase we may need to do re-shoots with any of them then they will be more than happy to do so, the benefits of doing this means that I will have all the accounts up to date and will have to more to pay out for after the expenses.
Finishing the paperwork and accounts means I will have more time to see and deal with the edit and any problems that occurs I can deal with quickly just incase more filming is needed and also I can work on extra bits to hand-in with the film.

Major Project: Sunday League Post-Production Research
This screenshot is of the website from the link below about first time filmmakers and people knew to the industry, so I went looking more into he website to see what advice and tips I could find to add to my pervious research into what producers do especially in the production and post-production stage.
The quote which I highlighted before the screenshot I thought was basic but helpful as I felt there wasn't much to do as a producer once the film had been shot but its down to them to deliver the final filming of course being the right format and content etc. to what the brief was, this means that the producer has to also watch through the edit and check the times the content etc to make sure it all fits and if not then not is changed.
The producer during the edit process has to make sure that everything is finalised and completed ready to submit the production to the relevant party, also their job is to support the director through the edit and the supporting products such as the edit and colour so they can keep track of where the edit is and push if necessary ready for the promotion and publishing of the final product.
All this information I just took away from this website alone and even though this was very helpful I may need to search a few more websites just to back this information up and maybe there might be even more other than just this that could be useful for me to do during the final stages of the making of Sunday League.

Major Project: Sunday League Post-Production Schedule
This production schedule was made on the basis from the pre-production schedule as everyone could understand it and thought it was good so I wanted to keep the post production schedule similar for the boys and me to keep tracks.
After us all having a discussion based on time scales of what we thought was reachable and would work we came up with rough dates for each version of the edit - so that once this date would come around we would arrange for someone to watch the edit and see how it was coming along, plus to arrange for Simon to see it once we made it to each time and see if we are keeping to the scale.
Chris said that he felt this time scale was achievable as an editor and that each deadline would be reached but if he needed more time we could move things around.

Major Project: Sunday League Remaining Scenes
After an amazing filming week were we fitted in everything on the schedule into that week and even the car scenes, we do still have some scenes that we did not get filmed due to complications on my part, as scene 15 later after the wedding there is a group of boys which I misunderstood and thought was men that laugh at Don so I struggled to get people in for that, scene 15 still needs shooting.
Jamie's bedrooms scenes 17 and 3 still need to be filmed as the actress was not available on the Saturday to film so as a group we decided to do them as a pick up later in February when Josie is available.
The scene with Don in his lounge #20 we also decided rather than push it in the week to do it as a pick up with the other Don scene during the month as we had short days of sunlight due to the time of year and we didn't want to push the light inside.
